Pricing & Payment
How much does house cleaning cost in Spokane?
Our minimum to come into a home is $200, and that's for a regular recurring visit, not a deep clean. Past that, every home is priced on its own. We look at the square footage, the condition of the home, and the type of clean you need, and deep cleans cost more because they take more time. Contact us and we'll put a price together for your home.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
Sometimes, yes. Tell us the size of your home, the type of clean you want, and what shape things are in, and we may be able to give you a ballpark right on the call. What a home looks like inside makes a big difference, though, so sometimes we'll need a few more details before we can give you a number. Call us at (509) 218-8254.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We take cash and checks. If you'd rather pay by card, we can send you an invoice through QuickBooks that you can pay online. A small processing fee applies to card payments.
When is payment due?
For house cleaning, payment is due at the time of service, and some clients simply leave it out for us on cleaning day. For commercial accounts, our invoices are due upon receipt. Some larger organizations, like government agencies, pay on their own terms, and we work with that.
Booking & Scheduling
How soon can you get me on the schedule?
We're typically able to book about a week out. Call us at (509) 218-8254 or send us a message, tell us what you need, and we'll find the first opening that works for you.
What areas do you serve?
We clean homes and businesses across Spokane and nearby towns, including Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Airway Heights, Cheney, and Medical Lake. We also cross the state line to Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls in Idaho. Not sure if you're in our area? Give us a call and ask.
What are your hours?
We clean homes Monday through Friday, between 8am and 6pm. Commercial and janitorial work runs on a different clock. Our janitorial visits start as early as 4pm and run into the night, and some commercial cleaning happens during the day, starting at 8am.
Do you offer one-time cleanings, or only recurring service?
Both. You can book a single clean when you need one, like a deep cleaning or a move-out cleaning, or set up recurring visits on a regular schedule. Not sure which fits? Tell us about your home and we'll help you decide.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No, you don't need to be home. You can leave us a key, or share your door and alarm codes, and come back to a clean house. Just tell us how to get in when you book.
Your Cleaning Visit
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring our own supplies and equipment, including the eco-friendly products we use, so you don't need to buy anything for us. If you'd rather we use your own products, just tell us and we'll go with what you prefer.
Can you use my own cleaning products?
Yes. If you have products you love, or ones your family needs us to use or avoid, just tell us. We're happy to go with what you prefer. Let us know when you book, and leave them out where we can find them.
How do you handle pets?
We pet them. We're pet-friendly, and we're happy to clean around your dogs and cats. Just give us a heads-up about your pets when you book so we know who we'll be meeting.
How should I get ready for my cleaning?
Pick up the clutter. When toys, mail, and clothes are put away, we can get right to your counters and surfaces instead of moving things around, and your cleaning time goes further.
What We Clean (and What We Don't)
Do you clean windows?
Yes, inside and out. Exterior window cleaning is an add-on, so just ask for it when you book. If you're after window sills and tracks, those are part of every deep cleaning.
Do you do laundry or home organizing?
No laundry, and we generally steer away from organizing. The one exception is the garage. We're glad to organize or clean out a garage as a one-time add-on. Everything else we keep focused on cleaning.
Do you clean both homes and businesses?
Yes, both. We clean houses and apartments, and we provide commercial and janitorial cleaning for local businesses, churches, and property managers. See our house cleaning and commercial cleaning pages for the full list of services.
Commercial & Janitorial
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. If your building, property manager, or organization needs a certificate of insurance before we start, just ask and we'll get one to you. It's an easy request, and we're glad to help with it.
Do you supply paper goods and trash liners?
It depends on what your contract covers. We can include paper goods and trash liners as part of your janitorial service, or you can keep stocking your own. We'll settle it when we set up your account, so there are no surprises.
Do you offer emergency cleanings for businesses?
Yes. Emergency cleans are one of the add-ons we offer our commercial clients. If something comes up between your regular visits that can't wait, call us at (509) 218-8254 and tell us what happened.

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes. Best Kingdom Cleaning is licensed, bonded, and insured, and we take that seriously because we're working in your home or business. Our team brings more than 25 years of combined experience, and we've cleaned over 450 homes and businesses.
Will I have the same cleaner every time?
Most of the time, yes. We try to send the same people to your home so they get to know it and how you like things done. Now and then schedules shift, and someone else from our team may come instead.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. If you're not happy with something, text or call us, and we'll get back to you quickly and schedule a time to come back and fix it. We'd much rather hear about it than have you live with it.
